Aztaka is a side-scrolling action-RPG set in Mexico, in the year 1328, and based on Aztec mythology. The player takes on the role of Huitzilopochtli, who is the heir to the Sun God. Prophecy has it that he will save his people by reuniting the Seven Ancestral Phonograms, thereby opening the gate to the Path of the Gods.
